The Webb School of Engineering is focused on providing a student-centered environment to produce well-rounded graduates with strong technical skills as well as the necessary life skills to be successful engineers, computer scientists, and mathematicians. Students receive a rigorous education that prepares them for the ever-changing landscape of engineering computer-based, and mathematical careers. Students learn to be creative, logical, critical thinkers that are able to solve real-world problems through the application of knowledge in an ethical and appropriate manner to satisfy the needs to their end-users. In other words, doing what engineers, computer scientists, and mathematicians do best: changing the world and improving the lives of others in a sustainable, socially-responsible manner through the use of science, mathematics and discipline knowledge.
